Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Robertson Guitars are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, to the original purchaser against defective materials and workmanship. Upon notice of any defect, Jeff Robertson, himself, will repair or replace (at his option) any defective parts or materials. Purchaser will assume and pay the cost of all shipping or postal charges of the instrument. Damage as a result of misuse, accidents, normal wear, modification or natural cracking of wood or finishes due to changes in temperature and humidity is not covered by this warranty. Strings, frets, tuners, and cases are not covered under this warranty.

This is the sole warranty of Jeff Robertson and includes the warranty of merchandisability and fitness for a particular purpose. No other warranty, written or oral applies.
